8-10 year old male chihuahua mix. 
Rescued earlier this month from a hoarding house with 22 other dogs living in horrific conditions. 
VERY sweet, loves affection, sitting in your lap and snuggling in the blankets.
Franklin is looking for his retirement home. He's available for immediate adoption but still needs a dental that we will cover the expense for.
